Shipping and Pickup

Shipping
Fraser Store purchases can be shipped to residents within the United States through various shipping options at checkout. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight of item and destination. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the item received. Shipping cost is nonrefundable. You should receive a shipping notification email when your order is on its way.

In-store Pickup
If you opt to pick up your Fraser Store order via in-store pickup, you will receive an email separate from your email receipt that will let you know that your order is ready. Orders can be picked up from 6344 Penn Ave S, Richfield, Minnesota, 55423, Monday through Friday between 9AM and 4PM. This is on the same campus as the Fraser Richfield clinic and school location. Please ring the doorbell and let us know you are here to pick up a Fraser Store order.
